1) Order processing (production)

All orders are produced after payment is confirmed.

Typical production time: 3–7 business days for standard t-shirt print orders. Customizations, complex prints, or peak-season demand (sales/holidays) may add extra days.

“Business days” = Monday–Friday (excluding public holidays).
2) Shipping destinations & estimated delivery times
Delivery times below are estimates and begin after production is complete and the carrier picks up the package.

Domestic (within India) — estimated 5–12 business days.

International — estimated 10–25 business days (varies widely by country and customs processing).

Expedited/express shipping options may be available at checkout for some destinations; delivery windows and pricing depend on the carrier and destination.
Note: During high-volume periods (festival season, Black Friday, etc.) transit times may be longer.
3) Shipping costs & taxes

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on package weight, destination, and shipping method.

Import duties, taxes, and customs fees for international orders are the buyer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated at checkout. These are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
4) Tracking & notifications

Most orders include tracking. Once your order ships you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and carrier name.

Tracking updates are provided by the carrier; transit visibility may be limited for some international routes.
5) Multiple items & split shipments

If you buy multiple items, they may be produced and shipped together or separately depending on product availability and production schedules. If an order ships in multiple packages, you’ll receive tracking for each package.
6) Address accuracy & changes

Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout.

If you need to change an address, contact us immediately. We’ll try to update the order if production or shipping hasn’t started, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order is in production or with the carrier.
7) Lost, damaged, or missing packages

If your tracking shows delivered but you did not receive the package, or if your order arrives damaged, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos (for damaged items).

Please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date so we can investigate with the carrier and our fulfillment partner and work toward a resolution.
8) Customs delays & non-delivery

Customs inspections and local postal processes can occasionally delay delivery. These delays are out of our control.

If a package is returned to us due to incorrect address or refusal by recipient, additional shipping fees will apply to resend the order.
9) Returns & exchanges

Because items are custom printed on demand, returns/exchanges are handled according to our Returns Policy (see our Returns Policy page). Defective or misprinted items will be replaced or refunded according to that policy. For sizing/fit questions, check the product page size chart before ordering.
